Phi Sigma Kappa Staff – Empowering Exceptional Leaders 

An essential resource to the success of our Fraternity is its International Headquarters Professional Staff – a collection of sharp, energetic, team-oriented people whose primary goal is to make Phi Sigma Kappa the best Fraternity it can be. In addition, staff members excel in creating new programming initiatives for personal and chapter development. 

Phi Sigma Kappa is excited to announce four (4) new positions open at the International Headquarters. The Grand Council and Professional Staff have been working on updating Phi Sig Forward, our strategic plan. It is important that we build a team to achieve this plan successfully. The new positions are:

  • Director of Organizational Growth
  • Director of The Undergraduate Experience
  • Growth Specialist
  • Chapter Development Specialist
