A key resource to the success of our Fraternity is its International Headquarters Professional Staff – a collection of sharp, energetic, team-oriented people whose primary goal is to make Phi Sigma Kappa the best Fraternity it can be. Staff members excel in creating new programming initiatives designed for personal and chapter development.
Since fall 2021, the Grand Council and Professional Staff have been working on an update to Phi Sig Forward, our strategic plan. The outcome is a focus on the following imperatives: Growth, the Undergraduate Experience, Alumni Engagement, Volunteer Development, and Financial Stability.
It is important that we build a team that can successfully achieve these imperatives and continue to move the Fraternity forward. Below are the open opportunities at Phi Sig Headquarters. These positions, and the individuals placed into them, will play an integral part in moving Phi Sig Forward.
This highly organized individual will support the development of our undergraduate members and alumni volunteers while holding them accountable to the Phi Sigma Kappa’s Cardinal Principles. The Specialist will assess the culture of chapters and manage the Triple T’s Chapter Accreditation Program.
The goal of the Growth Specialist role is to provide the best possible local chapter-focused training and support to our undergraduate and alumni members. This includes a key service to these local chapters: the growth of membership numbers and the development of leadership skills.
